We must address the Commonwealth’s workforce shortage crisis. This is critical to building a brighter economic future. To meet current and future marketplace needs, Pennsylvania must educate and train the next generation of workers. It must foster an environment that draws people in to locate to the state – and remain here. 

We’re also urging business leaders to be innovative and flexible during these uncertain times. It’s important that employers listen and be responsive. That will show their support and help retain their valued workers.
